1 tbsp of olive oil
2 garlic cloves, diced
1 onion, sliced
400g lamb steak, cut into strips
ground black pepper
1 red capsicum, sliced
1 yellow capsicum, sliced
1 lemon, juiced
3 cups of iceberg lettuce, shredded
4 wholemeal pita or tortilla wrap
¼ cup of tzatziki
1. In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the oil, garlic onion and lamb. Season with pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes then add the capsicum.
2. When lamb has fully cooked, squeeze over lemon juice to taste and take off heat.
3. Assemble the souvlaki by layering the meat mix, lettuce and tzatziki over the pita or tortilla. Roll the tortilla and enjoy!!
