500g plain Greek yogurt
½ cup light cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup toasted nut muesli
2 cups pineapple, chopped
1 cup mango and banana (or any other fruit combination), chopped
1. Combine the yoghurt, cream and vanilla in a bowl and mix well. The mixture should become thick and creamy.
2. Dollop some of the yoghurt mixture into 4 dishes then sprinkle over the nut muesli evenly followed by the pineapple, mango and banana. Repeat the layering of ingredients again - yoghurt, muesli, fruit.
3. Place into the fridge for 20-30 minutes before serving or eat straight away!
