Breakfast smoothie

Smoothies are a quick and easy breakfast option packed full of nutrients. 

Ingredients:

1 cup of milk or milk alternative

1 banana

2 tbsps of oats

½ tsp of honey

 

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients together.

2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

3. Serve with or without ice and enjoy!

 

Serves 1
