2 ripe avocadoes
Juice of 1 ½ limes
Zest of 1 lime
3 tbsp brown rice syrup (or honey)
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ tsp matcha green tea powder
toasted dessicated coconut to decorate
1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into serving cups, bowls or glasses and leave to chill for 2-3 hours (you can speed this up in the freezer!).
3. Serve with toasted coconut or finely chopped pistachios.
