3 tbsp raw cocoa powder
2 tbsp ground almonds
1 tbsp honey or rice syrup
2 tbsp natural yogurt of choice
2 tbsp milk (if you're dairy-free you could swap the yogurt and milk for soya cream or coconut cream)
1. Beat everything together in a mug – don’t worry if there are a few lumps.
2. Microwave on full power for around 2 minutes – to make sure the egg is cook thoroughly.
3. Serve straight away!
