Do you ever pick up something at the supermarket because it shouts ‘natural’, ‘light’, ’organic’ or ‘wholesome’ on the label? Well don’t be fooled - these words don’t necessarily equal healthy! 

Studies have found that many food products that contain words like ‘fat-free’, ‘lighter choice’ and ‘fresh’ are often above the recommended intakes for certain nutrients. So how can we avoid being fooled? Learn how to read your food labels with this quick checker:
