1 large cooked chicken breast, cubed
4 large iceberg lettuce leaves
½ tsp curry powder
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
1 handful mint or coriander, finely chopped
2 wholewheat tortilla wraps
½ mango, peeled and cubed
1. In a large bowl, mix the yoghurt, curry powder and mint or coriander.
2. Add the chicken and mango pieces and mix well.
3. Put two lettuce leaves into each wrap and top with the chicken mix.
4. Wrap and serve!
