Smoke-free environments

Smoke-free environments

Did you know that you are ten times more likely to be successful in quitting smoking if you live in a smoke-free household? and work in a smoke-free workplace?

These findings prove that in order to have a higher chance of quitting in the long term, you should place yourself in non-smoking environments. Try to keep yourself away from situations where you know people will be smoking. For example, avoid the “smokers’ corner” near the office and the “smoking area” at bars, and notice the temptation decrease!
