Fight that cold

It’s cold, it’s raining… it’s prime time to catch a cold. Nobody likes feeling chilly,
queasy and weary. That’s why you should do all you can to avoid welcoming in the winter flu.

Get sweating, get drinking (water) and get some fruit. If you are defeated by the common cold, here are some top tips to help you to recover fast:

 

1. Drink warm water with fresh lemon and honey. Lemon boosts your immune system and honey will soften that rough feeling that you can’t seem to get out of your throat.

 

2. Apply vapour rub to your chest and inhale frequently. It’ll clear congestion, get you breathing normally and let you taste those mouth-watering flavours again. Keep drinking lots of water, it’ll flush out all the toxins and bad germs.

 

3. Add early nights to the list and you’ll be back to your lively, smiling self in no time!
