Lose weight - don't eat less

Eating well but can’t seem to shed those few extra pounds in time for that big Christmas dinner? The answer may be to simply substitute that full fat milk with skimmed milk.

 

 

A study commissioned by the World Health Organisation assessed 75,000 people and found that cutting down just slightly on fatty products led to consistent weight loss. So, you can still eat what you love, in the same amounts and avoid that dreaded diet. A starting point would be to pick up the product sitting next to those full fat products which are packed with saturated and trans fats. Enjoy that cream cheese bagel, just go for the ‘light’ option instead!
