Feeling stressed?

The economic downturn has compromised careers and financial stability which have a direct affect on stress levels. Stress is normal and is a driving force in many cases. However, constantly feeling stressed can trigger illness and be counterproductive. Although everyone experiences and deals with stress differently, we can all develop a common resistance: Resilience.

Building a resilient frame of mind will combat stress and allow you to adapt your thoughts and responses in situations to produce the best possible outcome and as a consequence, less stress over time.
